Making it to the front door of El Toritos seems like an accomplishment of its own. Attempting to park here on a Saturday night requires special valadation. El Toritos has their own lot which is adjacent to the Block, and you have to get a parking pass for the security and get it validated to park here. The funny thing is I got my validation and the security guard took off on a smoke break and never came back. Anyway, on to the food. I have to say El Torito's menu items never disappoint. They do a good job of filling up your massive 10 pound plate as much as possible. Whatever you order always comes with an abundance of rice and beans. You are almost guaranteed a second meal when you come here. I have also tried their cadillac margarita at this location and they are not shy about making it strong! Its not like they are putting patron in there, so I guess they didn't get cheap on me. Expect to pay about $10-15 for one meal per person here. This location is great if you are planning on doing some shopping at the Block. But if you are just wanting to dine at an El Toritos, I suggest trying another location without a parking debacle. *PS I was able to use a $10 off coupon on my total bill over $20 with an internet offer. Try going to their website and adding yourself to their mailing list to get this special.
