Horrible horrible!! I cant even begin to tell you what an awful experience I had with this salon. I went in last week for a partial which turned out horrible so I went back Friday to get it fixed. The stylist apologized and then tried to correct. She bleached my roots and then put foils in random spots on my head (then toner). I walked out with wet white and orange frizzy hair. I text her for a refund and she said no. I went to an upscale salon to get it fixed and the stylists were appaled at the work Temecula Day Spa had done. They fried my hair!! The salon I went to for corrections stated the breakage on my hair was severe and the color was something out of a horror film. I called the owner for a refund/apology and she stated thats what I get because I asked for a cheap job. I never asked for a cheap job...I made a mistake and asked the stylist how much the partial would cost. The owner accused me of lying and made several other false accusations. She never asked me my side of the story and just tried to cover up for her stylist. I have always worked very hard to maintain my healthy beautiful hair. After my experiences with this salon my hair is ruined! Not one apology from anyone at this salon. The owner told me that I better not utter one bad word about her salon....she stated she would have her attorney on the phone ASAP. This conversation happened about 30 minutes ago and I am still in shock. Im the one that is out $240.00 and needs special treatments and products...and she is threatning me?? I have a wedding in two months and there is no way I can now lighten my hair for this event. If you have beautiful hair with highlights and want stark white/orangebrassy yellow dull lifeless fryed hair......then visit Temecula Day spot. The owner stated she would call me back tomorrow after she speaks with her stylist again.....we shall see what they come up with next:)
